Who we are

Briefdle is a daily vocabulary game for marketing, AI and business professionals. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

What we collect

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect:

• Pages visited and time spent
• Which track you played (Marketing or AI & Technology)
• Whether you guessed the term correctly and on which attempt
• Whether you gave up
• Feedback (thumbs up / thumbs down)
• Approximate country (not precise location)
• Browser type and device type

We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information unless you create an account. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.

Cookies

We use one analytics cookie (_ga) set by Google Analytics, only if you accept. It stores a random identifier that helps us count unique visitors and understand return visits. It expires after 2 years.

If you decline, no tracking cookie is set. Google Analytics still receives anonymised, cookieless signals for basic usage modelling.

Your rights

You can withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time using the link in the footer. Under GDPR you also have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold — contact us at the address below.

Data processor

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under Google's data processing terms. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation enabled and data retention set to the minimum available period.
